Refund & Cancellation

If a booking with less than 10 room nights is cancelled:

1. Before 24 hours from check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION

2. In case of more than 24 hours of check-in date: 1-night cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

3. In case of no show: The entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

If a booking with at least or more than 10 room nights is cancelled:

1. Before 7 days from check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION

2. In case of more than 7 days from check-in date: 1 night cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

6. Foreign nationals are requested to carry their passport and Indian Visa. It is a mandatory requirement as per the FRRO.

7. It is mandatory for all corporate guests to carry the printout / soft copy of this confirmation and their company ID for verification purpose.

8. All applicable taxes will be charged extra.

9. All services which are not part of package inclusions will be charged directly and needs to be paid by the guest.
